The Founder

The founder and business owner is Nava Tel-Or who has an academic degree in English Language and Literature. Nava is bilingual and she is fluent both in Hebrew and in English. From a very young age, Nava was exposed to the English Language in international American educational institutions in Europe. Her experience with a diversity of languages made her realize that she was blessed in that area and therefore she was engaged in translations and various language skills all these years.

While working for many years in leading companies in Israel in the fields of Hi-Tech, Engineering, Translations and Finances, Nava served as an effective interface which communicated, both orally and in writing, between the companies' employees and their vendors / customers abroad. During her devoted and loyal work with languages in various fields – general, business, marketing, managerial, financial and legal – Nava acquired expertise and professionalism in translations, wording, proofreading, rewriting and document editing. Her exposure and familiarity with overall business-related realms enriched her horizons and made her excel in her area of expertise.

Due to her natural tendency to absorb languages and grammatical subtleties, to enrich existing vocabulary by adding new words and to implement translations, Nava decided in 2004 to open a translation business so that she could be a Bridge* carrying her clients from one language to the other – Gesher Tirgumim – and thus help various people best understand each other and communicate with each other.
